As manager of a core facility in the pharmaceutical industry, David combined his skills in chemistry and computers to design productivity and data mining software. His expertise has been sought by leading instrument manufacturers including Micromass, Perkin-Elmer and Hewlett-Packard.
David left the pharmaceutical industry in 1999 and has turned his attentions toward improving the way people use their computers for such activities as desktop publishing and finding information, products and services on the Internet. |

| Nikolaj Bjorner, Ph.D.

Dr. Bjorner obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University in 1998. There he developed a system for integration of decision procedures and analysis of reactive systems, which searches for problems in these systems, among other tasks.
He is now a researcher at the Kestrel Institute in Palo Alto and is leading projects on program composition of embedded systems for DARPA and is managing software development on program transformations and program synthesis. |
